Tips from a pro

Trevor works with golfers of all ages and ability levels; having worked with a variety of local club champions, golf professional, beginners and recreational players, he understands that all students are unique, both physically and emotionally. Finding ways to stimulate individual student improvement is Trevor’s passion.

In addition to his teaching and coaching duties, Trevor is a weekly golf columnist for the Medicine Hat News, a monthly columnist for www.mygolfwest.com and the host of Golf Tips on Shaw television as well as a speaker and an entertainer.

Trevor spends more than 200 days a year teaching and coaching juniors and has worked with countless individuals. He is the Head Golf Instructor at Notre Dame Academy—a middle school sports academy in Medicine Hat, leads the Medicine Hat College summer education golf programs and coaches privately through Advantage Golf Academy.

Trevor’s passion for coaching and teaching extend well beyond golf. He has spent numerous winters coaching Bantam AA, Bantam AAA, and Midget A hockey, and he is a former Level I Ski instructor with the Canadian Ski Instructor’s Alliance.

Trevor resides in Medicine Hat with his wife and three children, is an avid reader, and also spends time as a professional magician.
